Psychotherapy

For over 25 years I have been successfully helping individuals—from young adults to seniors—struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief, life transitions, and the many other emotional challenges of life. My practice includes work with global nomads and those struggling to balance multiple cultural identities, as well as artists and writers. I have led many psychotherapy groups and writing workshops for memoirists and health professionals. 

My approach is insight-oriented or problem solving, depending on a person’s situation and needs. I provide a safe and caring place where a person can explore and understand how to reach their goals for a happier and more fulfilling life.

My practice is deeply informed by my varied life experience in several cultures, countries, and fields of work. I love working with people to help them become their most flourishing selves.
